Aaron Charles Rodgers is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. Rodgers was drafted in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers and with Brett Favre's 2008 retirement, he will presumably be the team's starting quarterback starting in the 2008 season. At an interview at the Super Bowl, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said that Rodgers is 'the man' once Favre retires. Rodgers played college football for the California Golden Bears, where he set several school records. He led the Bears to a #4 regular season ranking in 2004.
