Engin Atsür , is a basketball player from Turkey who played basketball at North Carolina State University from 2003-2007. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.

Engin Atsür started playing basketball in the successful Turkish club Efes Pilsen S.K. After one year in the Turkish Second League, he moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, U.S. to study business administration at NC State on an athletic scholarship. Engin attended high school at Saint-Benoit French High School.
