Michael Lorri "Mike" Scioscia is a former catcher and current Major League Baseball manager. He is often referred to by the nickname Sosh.
Since 1999, he has served as the manager of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Scioscia led the team to its first World Series championship in 2002 as a wild card entry, as well as to its fourth American League West division title in 2004 , fifth AL West division title in 2005, and sixth AL West division title in 2007.
