Thomas William "Tom" Osborne is the Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska. He was the head coach of the Cornhuskers football team for 25 years , succeeding Bob Devaney. After coaching, Osborne was elected to Congress in 2000 and served six years in the House as a Republican from Nebraska's 3rd congressional district.
