Troy Fitzgerald Brown is an American football wide receiver, who also plays defensive back on occasion. He was originally drafted by the New England Patriots in the eighth round of the 1993 NFL Draft and played for them from 1993 to 2007. He is currently a free agent. He played college football at Marshall.

Brown was on all three of the Patriots' Super Bowl Championship teams, as well as the Super Bowl XXXI and XLII runners-up.
